Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who book a consultation with ERG Private Finance Ltd, trading as ERG Finance, via our website or other online systems. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

ERG Finance offers free 30-minute consultations for individuals seeking initial financial guidance. These sessions are conducted remotely (e.g. via phone or video call) and are designed to:

• Explore your current financial circumstances

• Identify your goals or needs

• Outline how ERG Finance may be able to support you

Please note: The consultation does not constitute regulated financial advice unless expressly confirmed in writing following the session.

2. Eligibility

To book and attend a consultation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be a UK resident

• Have access to a valid email address and device for online or phone communication

• Not be acting on behalf of a business or third party (unless agreed in advance)

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the scheduled consultation. Please ensure your contact details are correct and that you are available at the agreed time.

4. Free Consultations

We offer free 30-minute consultations to eligible users through the Site. These consultations are intended as a preliminary discussion only and do not constitute regulated advice unless explicitly confirmed. By booking a consultation, you agree to the separate Booking Terms & Conditions, which you must review and accept as part of the booking process.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend the consultation at the scheduled time

• Provide accurate information to help us understand your needs

• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or wish to reschedule

Missed or repeated no-shows may result in your future bookings being declined.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly at info@ergfinance.co.uk. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the consultation if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative time.

7. No Obligation

Information provided during the booking process and consultation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of providing the consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate and helpful information during the consultation. However, no guarantees are made regarding the suitability or outcome of any advice or options discussed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided during the session unless such loss is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Booking Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
